Can I see the tabs from my laptop here?

No. Clearing only sees the tabs open in this copy of Chrome, on this computer.

That's a consequence of keeping everything local: nothing is uploaded, so there's nothing to sync. Install Clearing elsewhere and it shows the tabs open there.

If you want your tabs on another machine, Chrome's own sync does that — it's separate from Clearing.
